Peekskill reports no lead-and-copper violations after 2025 sampling
City staff told the council August 2025 lead-and-copper sampling found no violations; staff said they have replaced lead service lines on the city side and are continuing to identify private-side unknowns ahead of future replacement deadlines.

Dave Rambo reported the city completed required lead-and-copper sampling in August and told the council the results showed no violations. "In, August of this year, we completed our lead and copper sampling ... and we have no violations," he said, noting the department has replaced lead service on the municipal side where it had been found.
