Megan presented the library's professional'development report, saying staff participate in conferences, workshops, webinars and site visits to build skills and improve library services. She said 33 regular staff plus substitutes engage in PD and highlighted that 48 paid conference instances occurred in FY26, with staff attending regional and national conferences when appropriate.
