The Le Roy Central School District Board on Aug. 12 adopted a resolution certifying lead evaluators for the 2025-26 Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR) Plan pursuant to New York State Education Law §3012-c and Subpart 30-2 of the Commissioner’s Regulations. The individuals certified were Dr. David Russell, James Clark, Lauren Combo, Peter Greene, Rae Lynn Helman and Merritt Holly. The motion carried 7-0.
The resolution notes that to qualify as a lead evaluator an individual must successfully complete required training described in §30-2.9(b) of the Commissioner’s regulations; the superintendent recommended the listed staff had met those minimum requirements. The board's action formalizes the district's evaluator roster for the coming school year.
