At its Aug. 5 meeting the Boulder Landmarks Board recorded one formal vote on the agenda: approval of a landmark alteration certificate to relocate a contributing accessory building at 1733 Canyon Boulevard (HIS 202600192).
Committee member (S6) moved to adopt the staff memorandum dated 08/05/2026 and approve the application with the conditions recommended by staff; Committee member (S5) seconded the motion. The motion carried 5‑0. As Marcy Gerwing explained, the approval is subject to a 16‑day City Council call‑up period during which council may request further review; if council does not call up the decision the staff will issue the certificate after final details are submitted.
