Assemblymember Sanchez presented HR 129, describing sarcoma as a ‘‘forgotten cancer’’ that disproportionately affects children and noting recent clusters of Ewing sarcoma in Ladera Ranch. He asked colleagues to support expanded awareness and research. "We need greater awareness, stronger research efforts, better access to care, and a deeper commitment to finding answers," he said.
