Assessor reports 20 parcel transfers as 2025 assessment-roll work begins

The Assessor's Office submitted its monthly report dated Jan. 10, 2025, which the Town Board acknowledged on Feb. 25. The report listed 20 parcel transfers for the reporting period, including 10 arm's-length sales, and indicated the office is conducting data collection and updating property photos for the 2025 assessment roll.
