The Borough of Pitman Council voted Aug. 11 to authorize a three‑year collective bargaining agreement with AFSCME NJ Council 63 covering Jan. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2027. Councilwoman Debra Guarni introduced Resolution No. 146; Council President James seconded the motion, and the roll call vote was recorded as Yes from all members present.
