The Forest County Board of Commissioners approved an Electronic Monitoring Agreement with Talitrix LLC on Aug. 6, 2025, to supply the Probation Department with wearable GPS tracking wristbands and ankle monitors, chargers and band‑lock removal tools. Commissioner Patrick F. Kline moved for approval and Commissioner Robert J. Snyder, Jr. seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
