Dr. Rivera said the board received two effectiveness reports—one from Career and Technical Education and one from library services—and heard a program update from Dr. Fields. "I encourage you to watch at least that presentation so you're familiar with the program that we're participating in for 3 years," he said, referring to the Holdsworth leadership architecture blueprint.
