The Borough of Pitman work session began at 7:00 p.m. with Mayor Razze calling the meeting to order. Councilman Mazzola moved to open discussion at 7:01 p.m.; Councilwoman Guarni seconded and the motion passed with "Ayes all." The council closed discussion at 7:50 p.m. (Musto moved; Mazzola seconded), opened the public portion and recorded no public comment, and then closed the public portion at 7:51 p.m.
