Rolling Meadows commission recommends planned development and vertical subdivision to create new Human Services facility
The Planning & Zoning Commission voted 6–0 June 22 to recommend City Council approval of a planned development and a three-dimensional subdivision at 2202–2230 Algonquin Road so the City can acquire upper-floor space for a new Human Services Facility; staff cited available grant funding and a parking study that found 115 spaces on site versus an approximate 123-space recommendation.
