Councilmember Kurt Weber told the Council the Planning Commission meeting on July 8 lasted five hours and that roughly four hours were devoted to the Roers planning case. He summarized that the Commission expressed concerns "with the loss of the tree buffer, shading of the neighboring property, and placement of the building."
