"I respectfully request that this question and the city's response be included in the public record," the email concluded; the mayor read the text aloud and said staff will be informed and will provide information to the requester.
The mayor reminded the meeting that no back-and-forth is conducted during citizen comments but said staff would follow up with the author and provide a response for the public record.
