The Information Technology department requested renewal of Netwrix cybersecurity licenses and platform. The committee authorized the purchase via Sourcewell Contract #121923‑SHI for a price of $54,000 and approved a waiver of the County’s procurement policy to use the cooperative. "The quote received was SHI, P.O. Box 952121, Dallas, TX 75395 via a Sourcewell contract for a price of $54,000.00," the resolution states.
