State legislators present $4 million to harden two Pinellas special-needs shelters

Representative Adam Anderson, who said he represents northern Pinellas County, noted recent storm experiences and the county's shortfall in taking care of medically fragile residents during outages; he thanked the legislature and the governor for the appropriation.
