The Chair and other members agreed the provision should be removed or edited; Jenny confirmed the county regulations previously have not allowed transfer of CUPs and staff will amend the draft. The commission instructed staff to revise the draft so permits require reissuance or clear County-initiated review when ownership changes.
No formal vote was taken on the draft language during the workshop; the item will return after staff red-lines the change and provides the revised language for the commission's review.
