Mayor Dewayne Briscoe presided over a special meeting of the Sun Valley Mayor and City Council on Feb. 11, 2013. Council Member Michelle Griffith moved "to go into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 67-2345, Sections 1 (a), (b) and (f)," and Council Member Nils Ribi seconded; the minutes record that a roll call vote was taken and that the motion was approved.
