The Memphis Independent School District Board of Trustees voted 5'to'0 on July 22, 2024, to approve the district's plans for 2024'25 ESSA funding and REAP flexibility. Trustee Charolette Maddox made the motion to approve and Trustee Josh Brooks seconded; the motion passed with an overall tally of 5'0yes and 0'0no votes.
