A public commenter identifying herself only as Diane told the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners she and others feel rushed by new rules aimed at data centers and asked whether the board’s earlier vote against a moratorium could be reconsidered. “You guys voted against the moratorium,” she said, and urged the county to hold a town-hall style meeting to allow more back-and-forth public input.
