Councilmember Brandon Murden moved to appoint Kelly Baird as a Regular Member (Position No. 3) of the Landmark Commission for a term expiring Dec. 31, 2027. Councilmember Andrew Hubacek seconded the motion and the council approved the appointment unanimously.
