The Committee discussed whether sick time should be accrued or provided in a lump sum at the start of the fiscal year. Chair Trustee Sally Hollembeak led the personnel discussion and the Committee ultimately decided to continue the current practice of giving sick time as a lump sum at the beginning of the fiscal year. "The committee decided to continue with the current practice at this time," the minutes record.
