Legislators presented a package of SEQR classifications and sale authorizations for county-owned tax-foreclosure properties, including parcels at 763 Howard Road in the Town of Gates, Cedarhurst Drive in the Town of Henrietta, and 3417 Atlantic Avenue in Penfield.
