The board reviewed contribution refund requests from former members John Baran and Randall Wells. Trustee Matt Prendergast moved and Trustee Joshua Talavera-Little seconded approval of John Baran's refund in the amount of $230.40, which was paid directly to him on Feb. 12, 2026. The board also approved Randall Wells' refund of $682.44; that refund was issued post-meeting on April 23, 2026.
