Following discussion of proposals submitted in response to the city's RFQ for engineering services, the Marlin City Council approved a professional services contract with Scott Murrah of 5M Associates, LLC on Oct. 15. The approval was made by motion of Mayor Pro-Tem Levels-McDavid and seconded by Councilmember Watson; the motion carried with all members voting yes.
