Public Works Committee approves three subdivision plats, including Ruston-Lincoln Realty with variances
On Oct. 14 the committee approved the Mary E.K. Freeland Unit No. 2 plat, the Mondy Road Estates plat (with contingencies), and the Ruston-Lincoln Realty plat (with variances). All motions passed unanimously.

The Lincoln Parish Public Works Committee approved three subdivision plats during its Oct. 14 meeting. Dan Lord moved to approve the Mary E.K. Freeland Unit No. 2 Subdivision Plat (seconded by T.J. Cranford), and the motion passed unanimously. The committee then approved the Mondy Road Estates Subdivision Plat with contingencies (motion by Dan Lord, seconded by Milton Melton) and later approved the Ruston-Lincoln Realty Subdivision Plat with variances (motion by Dan Lord, seconded by Milton Melton).
