Tazewell — Centec Engineering representative Joe Sulesky presented an erosion and sediment control plan for a proposed Taco Bell on Market Street between Advance Auto Parts and Wendy’s. County Engineering Director Kenneth Dunford reviewed the plan, said his comments had been addressed, and recommended the Commission allow him to approve the plan after the required bond has been calculated and paid.
