The Mesquite City Council on Feb. 16 approved Zoning Application No. Z0425‑0392, granting a Conditional Use Permit to Austin Bridge & Road, LP to continue operating a temporary concrete batch plant at 3220 East U.S. Highway 80 to support the Texas Department of Transportation’s IH‑635/US‑80 improvement project.
