Larimer County commissioners approve consent agenda including transportation fee study

The Larimer County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously on Aug. 10, 2026, to approve its consent agenda, which included adoption of the Transportation Capital Expansion Fee Study and associated land use code amendments (file 26-CODE-0291). Commissioner Kristen Stephens moved to approve the consent agenda, saying, "I move that the Board of County Commissioners approve the consent agenda subject to any conditions of approval as set out in the staff report and authorize the chair to sign the findings and resolutions for this item." The motion passed 3-0.
