Supervisor requests prioritized capital-projects report and timelines

During the discussion of JOC reports, a supervisor asked county staff for a clearer inventory of capital priorities and the status of progress against that list.
"I think maybe the other piece at some point would be valuable or helpful to get, to to get a report on, like, what all of those sort of upcoming projects are that are deemed priorities," the supervisor said, asking that staff map progress against the county's long list of facility needs. County staff agreed the request was reasonable and said they would incorporate priority items and expected timelines into future reports. Andrea Rosenberg noted the county's semiannual reporting cadence and suggested staff could make the reporting more robust to include projects expected to come forward soon.
Committee members and staff also discussed seismic expectations set by OSHPD and the importance of reflecting state timelines in county reporting on projects that must meet those standards.
