LOHN ISD board approves contract to replace stadium lighting
On June 25, 2025, the LOHN Independent School District board unanimously approved a contract with Techline Sports Lighting, LLC to replace the football stadium lighting, including poles, and authorized pending insurance-approved replacement of the PA and speaker systems; staff will also research an additional "action lighting" option.

The LOHN Independent School District board unanimously voted on June 25, 2025, to enter a contract with Techline Sports Lighting, LLC to replace the football stadium lighting system, including replacement of the field poles. Board member Bobby Pearce moved the contract approval after a discussion with representatives from Techline and Gallagher Construction Services; Stephanie Nelson seconded the motion and the board carried it unanimously. The board recorded the meeting as starting at 6:00 P.M. and adjourning at 6:27 P.M.
