Auditor Lucy Martin presented revised financial policies during the Aug. 11 meeting and said the main change was the addition of Appendix C to codify existing procedures for disposal of tangible assets (furniture, computers, vehicles). Martin also raised the inventory‑tag threshold in policy language from $500 to $1,000 to match the county's purchasing policy.
