Trustee Jen moved and the board approved Resolution No. 25‑66 to purchase a loader track for parks and public works at a cost of $4,500. The motion was seconded, taken by roll call, and passed during the Nov. 11 meeting.
The board also approved two small change orders for the Community Park project: PCR‑008 (relocating a plumbing vent) for $707.70 and PCR‑009 (rewiring concession stand lines) for $3,937.50. Staff explained that the plumbing vent would have exited through a building section and needed relocation and that during removal of old fixtures crews found damaged wiring and arcing, necessitating the rewire. As one project lead described it, "the plumbing vent's basically in the middle of" the area to be occupied, which prompted the relocation.
