On July 22 the board continued several ancillary applications including a small church addition and electrical/permit corrections, and asked applicants to submit narratives, HVAC details and landscaping plans ahead of the Aug. 26 meeting.

Beyond the Saint Constantine application, applicants requested continuances and additional materials on several smaller items. One applicant described a 1,400‑square‑foot addition to expand seating from about 90 to 144 and said they would return after addressing consultant comments and preparing architectural elevations and landscaping details.
