The City of Toccoa Commission unanimously adopted the fiscal year 2027 operating budget on May 18, 2026, after waiving the ordinance’s required second reading. Commissioner Gail Fry moved to waive the second reading and approve the FY2027 budget; Commissioner Terry Carter seconded the motion, which passed with all five commissioners voting in favor.
