SportsPlex work moves ahead; engineering RFQ open through Oct. 31
Staff reported the SportsPlex survey and geotechnical work are complete, fencing and maintenance contracts are being implemented and an RFQ for engineering improvements is open through Oct. 31 as the city prepares next steps.

Parks staff told the commission that the SportsPlex site survey is finished, geotechnical testing is complete and perimeter fencing installation is expected to finish soon. Tony said the council approved a contract with MultiChem for outsourced fertilization and aeration services to help maintain the fields, and staff will schedule the company for recurring field maintenance.
