The Monona County Board approved a request from Marilyn Maly to hold a Bible reading on the courthouse lawn on September 3 and 4, 2026. "Motion was made by Supervisor Fox, seconded by Supervisor Phillips, to approve Bible reading on the Courthouse lawn on September 3 and 4, 2026," the minutes record. The motion passed with a unanimous vote (Ayes: Fox and Phillips).
