The council approved a resolution authorizing submission of an application to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) for a Water System and Infrastructure Grant, and authorized the mayor to execute all necessary documents including the required affidavit and certificate. The motion was made by Charly Ruemke and seconded by Paul McLaughlin and carried unanimously.
