The Administration Committee convened into closed session at 9:33 a.m. on July 16, 2026, pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(g) to receive legal advice from corporation counsel concerning strategy in a potential legal matter. The motion to convene, made by Char Meier and seconded by Dennis Kroll, carried with six ayes recorded in the minutes.
