Town Manager Suzanne Harvey told the council she has heard from numerous residents who want stronger enforcement of the Town Code’s zoning, health and safety, building and neighborhood-preservation provisions. Harvey said staff—after consulting with Dr. Johnson and the police department—"are prepared to be aggressive," but cautioned that enforcement could lead to legal challenges and costs to the town.
