The Park County Board of Commissioners, sitting as the County Board of Equalization on Aug. 6, 2026, voted to uphold assessed values for the majority of property appeals heard at recent hearings and amended one assessment. Chairperson Wissel moved to amend parcel R0004876 from $1,106,396 to $765,000; the motion was seconded and carried 3-0. The board recorded unanimous 3-0 votes on multiple motions to uphold assessed values for a series of parcels across the county.
