The Village of Tuckahoe Board of Trustees unanimously appointed Michael Seminara to the position of Building Inspector/Facilities Manager on Feb. 2, 2026. Trustee Joshua Gaccione moved to appoint Seminara; Deputy Mayor Darryl Taylor seconded the motion, and it passed on a 5-0 roll-call vote.
