Superintendent Andy Ball told trustees that the district needs an engagement letter with Jaynes, Reitmeier, Boyd & Therrell PC to enable the firm to perform the fall 2026 audit. The board approved the engagement letter on a motion by Heather Willmann, seconded by Steve Conrad, with recorded unanimous votes.
