The committee reviewed memos recommending payouts for unused Paid Time Off for three employees who recently resigned. The minutes record motions to approve payment for Sherry Stamp (MSU Extension) in the amount of $168.34, Theresa McDaniels (District Court) in the amount of $250.75, and Aiden Wadkins (Maintenance) in the amount of $1,383.48. Each motion was moved by Jeff Dontz and seconded by Eric Gustad and carried with members present voting aye.
