The Mineral Wells Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the 2025–2026 Compensation Plan on Sept. 8 by a 5-0 vote. Board member Joe Ruelas moved to approve the plan and Maria Jones seconded; the recorded roll call in the minutes shows five members voting yes and two absent.
