An editorial audit checked the draft articles against the meeting minutes for spelling, clarity, chronology, framing, misinformation, misidentification, out-of-context excerpts, quantitative precision, process clarity, context clarity, agency clarity, question emphasis, omission, bias, and duplication. Several issues were found in the minutes themselves and in how the raw text records votes; the articles were revised to transparently reflect those ambiguities rather than alter or invent facts.
