Washington County commissioners voted to approve resolution R2026-3724, authorizing a professional services agreement to obtain a market-value appraisal for a parcel that is one of the last private inholdings in Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. Staff said federal funding is lined up and the appraisal is part of the county’s commitment under its Habitat Conservation Plan to facilitate such acquisitions.
