Committee adopts multiple committee substitutes before reporting to the Senate
During its March 18 meeting the committee adopted several committee substitutes (including for SB 1172, SB 681, and CSSB 213) and reported those substitutes to the Senate with recommendations to pass. Committee substitute adoption was handled by motion and recorded in the minutes.
