During board discussion, a member asked about a path along the border and whether it represented a formal easement. The member asked, "You had mentioned the path along the border. I assume that that's not a legal, easement or anything. Is that correct?" The resident replied, "I have I have the easement across my property," and other participants clarified which side of the property line contains the easement.
