Council reviewed three microtransit scenarios Oct. 24 as part of the Mobility Master Plan and Council strategic goals: TNC with access for all users; TNC with access for select users (65+, zero-car households, people with disabilities); and a turnkey microtransit service. The Goodman Corporation summarized financial impacts; staff recommended development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to allow the preferred delivery models to compete.
