The Mineral Wells ISD Board approved a resolution requesting delay of teacher certification requirements during its Oct. 13 meeting. Trustee Joe Ruelas moved the resolution and Trustee Donna Henderson seconded the motion; the board recorded the vote as 7-0 in favor.
